According to a posting with Douglas Elliman Respectable Dark, the approximately 4,700-square-foot, four-room unit is located in a condo planned by draftsman Jean Nouvel.

The buy comes as Mr. Jackman and his better half, Deborra-Lee Furness, as of late recorded their loft at a Richard Meier-planned tower on neighboring Perry Road for $38.9 million.
